Shipping Policy

We provide FREE ECONOMY Shipping for orders over $75.

Please allow 2-3 business days for PROCESSING your order.  We often process and ship far ahead of this anticipated schedule for in-stock items. However, during peak times, processing may take longer (between 7-10 business days) even with in-stock items.

Note: When items are shown "out of stock" or "on the way" processing times may be between 7-10 business days. 

We ALWAYS process & ship all orders as soon as possible! We take GREAT pride in providing great service and always do our best to process far ahead of the listed processing times. We just want to be transparent in the event something out of our control takes place. We would rather surprise you with an earlier shipment than disappoint you with a late one. 

What happens after we process your order? 

After your order is processed, then it will ship. We ship economy orders via USPS and the typical timeline takes 3-5 business days to ship your order to your door.  We ship priority and expedited packages vis UPS. The typical time for this carrier is 2-3 business days. 

IMPORTANT: We've so far seen the longest delays to New York City when economy shipping is chosen. If you would like your order shipped faster to New York, we suggest you choose expedited shipping. 

Pre-Orders 

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the dates indicated in the product description.  Orders containing  pre-order items and an in-stock item will ship together according to the pre-order date.
