We are pleased to offer FREE Economy Shipping for orders over $80. Please take note of the following details regarding our shipping process:

Processing Time:

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. On average, it takes 2-3 business days to process your order for in-stock items. However, during peak times, processing may occasionally take longer (between 7-10 business days), even for in-stock items.

Note: If an item is shown as "out of stock" or "on the way," processing times may range from 7-10 business days.

While we make every effort to process orders ahead of the listed processing times, we want to be transparent in case of unforeseen circumstances. We take great pride in providing excellent service and will always strive to exceed your expectations. Rest assured, we would rather surprise you with an earlier shipment than disappoint you with a late one.

Shipping Methods:

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using the following methods:

  • Economy Orders: Shipped via USPS, with an estimated delivery timeline of 3-5 business days to your door. 

  • Priority and Expedited Packages: Shipped via UPS, with a typical delivery time of 2-3 business days. 

Please note: We have observed longer delays with economy shipping to New York City. If you would like your order to arrive faster in New York, we recommend choosing expedited shipping carrier such as UPS during checkout.

Pre-Orders:

For pre-order items, shipment will be made according to the dates indicated in the product description. If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, they will be shipped together based on the pre-order date.
