Planners & Journals

Are your planners dated?

Yes! We offer dated planners because our planers are action-oriented so you can reach your goals. No goal date means you can procrastinate and regret not reaching the goals you created. 

Are your journals dated?

No. Notebook journals are blank so you can use them at anytime. Guided journals and devotionals are not blank. These are prompted guides, but these are undated so you can begin using those on any day of the year. These are great for gifts too. 

Are your planners for the full year? 

We have a full year planner and quarterly planners available beginning each spring. If you feel you are too late into the year to purchase an annual planner, you can always purchase a quarterly planner to meet your needs. 

Spring Quarterly (April-May-June) 

Summer Quarterly (July-August-September) 

Fall Quarterly (October-November-December)

What's so special about your planners & journals?

We love that our planners are made with a purpose. While most planners help you focus on tasks and to-do list reminders, our planners are created with a methodology to help you prioritize  yourself, improving your mindset, and crushing your desired goals. 

Shipping 

What are the processing and shipping times?

Many of our products have a typical 7-10 business day processing window. However, with the impacts of COVID-19 and heightened safety and security measures, orders may experience a 7-10 business day processing window before shipping.

Once shipped, orders typically take 2 to 8 business days to reach you depending on where you are located and the shipping speed you selected. With the impacts of COVID, customers have experienced up to 10 shipping days depending on location. Please note that shipping carriers, too, are experiencing delays so the transit time is subject to change. 

Orders will receive an email or text (depending on your preference) with shipment information and tracking. 

Do shipping costs count towards the $75 minimum for FREE shipping?

Shipping costs do not count towards the free shipping minimum. Free shipping activates with orders of $75 before taxes and shipping. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Do you offer refunds? 

We do offer refunds and/or exchanges/store credit in the event your package is damaged during shipping or there is an error on our part. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Inquiries made after 7 days will not be granted a refund, but we may offer store credit with proof of damage. 

NOTE: Refunds are not available if YOU enter the incorrect address. Please verify your shipping address prior to submitting your order.  Also note, if you are aware you entered an incorrect address, you must alert us BEFORE your order ships (be sure to use the correct email address for tracking notices). Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to make changes. You will be responsible for retrieving the package at the address you entered. 

Refunds that are granted will be for the amount of the original order, minus the original shipping cost.

Digital download refunds are not available because of the nature of the item. 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

How do I start a return?

Returns should be submitted through our contact form and must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a return address and instructions. 

What is your refund policy?

Please note that refunds can only be made to the original payment method as our system does not allow refunds to be processed to other payment methods, nor can we provide checks. If refunds cannot be made to the original payment method, you will receive a store credit in the applicable amount.

Digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

Orders 

I forgot to add something I wanted, can you combine my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot combine it with any other order. 

I want to order something else, but don't want to pay additional shipping charges. What can I do? 

You can use one of our coupons to help defray the shipping costs, meet the minimum shipping thresh hold or see if a friend wants to order something and put your item on that order. We are unable to refund shipping fees. 

My order is missing something, incorrect, or damaged? 

Oh, no! We are certainly not happy about that and are wiling to make it right. Please reach out to us immediately via email to let us know if there is anything wrong with your order.  

If your order is damaged in any way you will need to submit photos or video of the damage before we will replace your order. 

Are there different expectations of customer service during major sales, holidays, and events? 

If you shop during ANY major sale, holiday or grand opening please note that there will be extended processing times.  During this time we usually receive a very large influx of orders which take much longer to process and ship out. 

When ordering during these times expect a 2-2.5 business week* processing time.  We are a growing, but small shop that puts a great deal of care into preparing, packaging, and shipping your order.

*Business days are Monday - Friday. Weekends are NOT included. 

We do our best to communicate with you up front about your order. We ask that you please wait to inquire about your order ONLY in the event that things have gone longer than the processing time. For reassurance, we typically do not have to go over time. 

Coupons and Discounts 

Am I able to use my welcome coupon right away?

Absolutely!! Coupons can be used on your current order, on regular priced items only. If an item is on sale or there is a site wide sale happening (i.e New Product Launches, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc ) coupons CAN'T be used.

If you have a regular price item and a sale item in your cart the discount will only come off of the regular priced item, not the sale item. 

This applies to ALL coupon codes including but not limited to forever codes for our amazing VIP customers.

In the event that there is a glitch or technical error that allows the coupon to be used on a sale item, we reserve the right to cancel the order or cancel the item from the order. 

I forgot to use my coupon, can you add it to my order? 

Unfortunately, we can not add your coupon after you have already completed your purchase. 

You may always keep the coupon for another order placed in the future (within the appropriate dates of use).

Please make sure to review your order carefully before hitting the button to complete your purchase.
