Note:  Bulk purchases are special orders and do not qualify for free and priority USPS shipping. You must choose the USPS Express or UPS options that are available. Price is already heavily discounted so no further discounts will apply. Orders, where additional coupons were added, will be canceled and must be reordered without discount codes.
