Refund policy

We put the most time, attention, detail, and quality into all of our products. We are confident we are sending you the best products. In nearly all cases we offer an exchange or store credit.  Please read below to learn more about how we process replacements, exchanges, or store credits. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you're not happy, we certainly are not happy. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your order issue must be reported immediately (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) and photos or video must be sent as proof of damage.

We will gladly replace items that were damaged during shipping with a STRICT 7-day notice and proof after you received the delivery.  

To start a claim for replacement, you can contact us at If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a package within 3-5 business days. You can always contact us with any questions at 

You may also choose to receive a store credit in lieu of a replacement. Terms and conditions apply. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like crystals and candles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and free gift items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on presale items, clearance/sale items, gift cards, or digital goods (ebooks, digital files, etc).


We will accept returns and offer refunds and/or exchanges in the event that your package is damaged during shipping or there is an error on our part. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may rectify the situation as quickly as possible. See above.

All clearance/sale Items are final. No Exceptions. 

Damaged Goods are eligible for replacement or credit.

Please double-check your address prior to submitting your order as we are not responsible if YOU type in the wrong delivery address. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay for another shipping label to receive your item. Absolutely no refunds for items that you shipped to an incorrect address.
