Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for PROCESSING your order.  We often process and ship far ahead of this anticipated schedule for in-stock items. However, during peak times, processing may take longer (between 10-12 business days) even with in-stock items.

We pride ourselves on great service and always do our best to process far ahead of these times. We just want to be realistic in the event something out of our control takes place. We would rather surprise you with an earlier shipment than disappoint you with a late one. 

We provide FREE ECONOMY Shipping. If you would like faster shipping speeds, please do not select this as an option. 

After your order is processed, then it will ship. We ship via USPS and the typical timeline takes 3-8 business days to ship your order to your door. 

If you choose to pay additional for faster shipping, USPS takes 2-4 business days for your expedited order.  

Note: We do not hold orders for products that are in stock. We are just as excited as you are for you to receive your order! We ALWAYS process orders in a timely manner. Processing and delivery times may be longer due to unforeseeable circumstances on the shipping company's end (USPS, UPS, DHL) and during high-peak holiday times.  

Pre-Orders 

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the dates indicated in the product description.  Orders containing  pre-order items and an in-stock item will ship together according to the pre-order date.
