Refund Policy

We put in the most time, attention, detail, and quality into all of our products. We are confident we are sending you the best products. In some cases, we will offer refund, an exchange or store credit.  Please read below to learn about replacement, exchanges, or credits. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be reported immediately (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) and photos or video must be sent as proof of damage.

We will gladly replace items that were damaged during shipping with a STRICT 7 day notice after you received the delivery.  

To start a claim for replacement, you can contact us at support@dailyfitnesszone.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a new package within 3-5 business days. 
You can always contact us with any questions at support@dailyfitnesszone.com. 

You may also choose to receive a refund or store credit in lieu of a replacement. Terms and conditions apply. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like crystals and candles, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and free gift items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on presale items, sale items or gift cards, or digital goods (ebooks, digital planners, etc).

Refunds

We will accept returns and offer refunds and/or exchanges in the event that your package is damaged during shipping or there is an error on our part.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

All Sale Items Are Final Sale. No Exceptions. 

Damaged Goods are eligible for replacement or credit. 

Please Read - Super Important Notice!!

Please double-check your address prior to submitting your order as we are not responsible if YOU type in the wrong delivery address. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay for another shipping label to receive your item. Absolutely no refunds for items that you shipped to an incorrect address.
