How to Remove Subconscious Blocks to Allow Abundance

Removing abundance blocks can help to open up a pathway for increased positivity, joy, and abundance in your life.

Abundance blocks can manifest in many forms, such as feelings of insecurity or low self-esteem, feelings of lack or scarcity, or even feelings of fear or doubt. When these blocks are removed, it can help to open up a space for increased flow and abundance in all areas of your life, allowing for greater opportunities and experiences.

You may not realize it, but journaling is a great way to explore and remove your subconscious blocks.

It's a powerful tool to gain insight into your innermost thoughts and feelings and can help you to identify and release any subconscious blocks you may be carrying.

Start by writing down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a non-judgmental way.

Once you have done this for a few days, look for patterns in your writing that might be linked to any blocks you have.

Then, take some time to meditate and focus on the block(s), and write down any insights or feelings that come up. Typically, the earliest memories you have will be the root of the block so be sure to think of as many insights or feelings that come up and trace your blocks back as far as you can remember. 

Finally, once you feel like you've identified the block(s) and its source, write down some possible solutions and steps to take in order to work through it.

With patience and persistence, journaling can be an effective tool to help you remove any subconscious blocks you may be facing.
